As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Or perhaps in this case a lot of happy customers!
The stack on the left are survey cards that customers returned over the course of this year that have a 100% excellent rating. The stack on the right are those returned that have a less than 100% excellent rating or some complaint - about 8 in total - all of whom had minor issues with our service - mostly scheduling or arrival time issues.
We strive to provide the best dryer vent service possible and I hope this demonstrates that we are succeeding! I am very proud of our technicians since this shows how committed they are to ensuring each of the customers they service are satisfied before leaving the premises.
And finally, I would like to thank all of the customers who made this one best years we have ever had - without you, we wouldn't be here!
